Due to our continuing growth we are currently seeking professionals for our accounting department. The accounting assistant is a valuable member of the team who will have the opportunity to contribute to the Company’s growth in a rewarding environment that provides for professional development and personal growth.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Revenue analysis and billing
  • Lease accounting
  • Review of expenditures for proper accounting treatment
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Tenant reconciliations and research
  • Assist in the preparation of various monthly reports
  • Review and interpretation of contracts
  • Special projects as assigned by upper management
  • Participate in the due diligence process of the Company’s asset acquisitions

Requirements, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelors’ degree required, major in business, accounting or math strongly desired
  • Individual must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Eagerness to accept additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel and Word
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving ability
