The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for supporting the Accounting and Finance functions of the Company and offers growth potential.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the processing of vendor invoices and payments
  • Assist with various banking tasks
  • Posting of deposits received
  • Data entry as necessary
  • Providing cover and support for the Company’s receptionist
  • Support the CFO and other senior management

Requirements, skills and abilities:

  • Bachelors or Associates Degree (with some experience) required
  • Proficient MS Office skills required (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing and able to function at a high level in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills a plus
