Acquisitions Associate
With a future focused on growth, we are looking for an Acquisition Associate to add to our dynamic team. Specific Responsibilities include:
- Establish and foster relationships with the brokerage community in targeted markets
- From these relationships, source new investment opportunities based on a given set of criteria and attributes
- Prepare and review detailed investment modeling based on existing underwriting principles
- Effectively present both initial and detailed underwriting to senior executives and investors
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with multiple internal departments related to both underwriting and various other workflows
- Regularly interact with senior executives and investors on confidential projects and tasks
- Direct involvement in the due diligence process related to pending acquisitions
- Intermittent travel to conduct acquisition inspections may be required with advance notice
Requirements & Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of prior professional business experience
- Competitive and success-driven mindset with the ability to work independently when required
- Ability to manage multiple deals and clients concurrently within strict timelines
- Proven analytical and problem-solving ability
- Superior interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency within the Microsoft suite of products
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Compensation: ($75,000 - $100,000)
