A property Financial Analyst records and verifies all transactions of a portfolio of properties including the administration and accuracy of lease terms in the Company’s database.

 

 

Maintain the leasing database in MRI for a portfolio of locations including

  • Entering all applicable terms and notes once a lease is signed
  • Posting cash receipts
  • Reviews tenant ledgers for accuracy
  • Preparing tenant account analysis when charges and/or balances are disputed
  • Prepares security deposit refund invoices
  • Ensures that the rent roll for each property is accurate
  • Prepare year end and interim expense reconciliations

 

Other tasks

  • Reconciliation the General Ledger balance sheet accounts to the appropriate sub ledgers and schedules
  • Assists in the budgeting process of the portfolio
  • Preparation of various daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Assists in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions
