Management Trainee

We are looking for a Management Trainee to add to our dynamic team.  The role of the Management Trainee is to ensure that an assigned nationwide portfolio of premier real estate assets is maintained above industry standards, to our standards, which results in our tenants having an exceptional experience at our properties! More specifically, the responsibilities may include:

• Interacting with tenants to ensure that their property level needs are addressed in a professional, white glove manner
• Preparation of asset improvement and management projects for review by high level executives and investors
• Implementation and execution of a maintenance program specifically designed for a portfolio of premier commercial properties
• Involvement in the acquisition process of new investment opportunities and capital improvements for existing assets

Qualifications, skills, and abilities

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within strict timelines
• Proficiency within the Microsoft suite of products
• Self-starters with a competitive, success-oriented mindset
• Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• No prior real estate experience is required
