                        • Value-add assets whose location is strong, but may require lease-up

  • Office 

              • Office and Medical Office (on or off campus) buildings or portfolios.

              • Stabilized multi-tenant assets in primary markets.

  • Multi-Family

              • Stabilized assets in primary markets with strong demographic profiles


Investment Level:

  •   No maximum level of investment on individual assets or portfolios.
  •   Minimum asset size is 10,000 square feet. 
  •   Amenable to transactions requiring various structures, including:

              • All cash

              • Assumption of existing debt

              • Placement of new debt
