We are looking to add a full time Accounting Assistant to our Accounting Department.
 
 
Position Summary & Job Description:
- Assist in processing vendor invoices and payments
- Recording of cash receipts
- General property level accounting and record keeping
- Coordinating the distribution of reports throughout the Company
- Providing support/cover for the receptionist as necessary
- Support the banking and treasury functions of the department
- Working independently to handle multiple responsibilities and projects with professionalism and accuracy
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Proficiency with the Office suite of products
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent Organization and time management skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Comfortable in a collaborative, teamwork oriented environment
