We are looking to add a full time Accounting Assistant to our Accounting Department.

 

 

Position Summary & Job Description:

  • Assist in processing vendor invoices and payments
  • Recording of cash receipts
  • General property level accounting and record keeping
  • Coordinating the distribution of reports throughout the Company
  • Providing support/cover for the receptionist as necessary
  • Support the banking and treasury functions of the department
  • Working independently to handle multiple responsibilities and projects with professionalism and accuracy

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years experience
  • Proficiency with the Office suite of products
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent Organization and time management skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Comfortable in a collaborative, teamwork oriented environment
