Support Professional for Accounting Department

We are looking to add a full time Support Professional to our Accounting Department

You will contribute by:

  • Assisting with the management of our electronic filing system
  • Performing various tasks within the department as needed including invoice and payment processing, banking, etc.
  • Coordinating the distribution of various reports throughout the company
  • Tracking and communicating deadlines in a timely and professional manner
  • Running company errands as necessary
  • Assisting with the implementation of process improvements
  • Managing recordkeeping and document retention related to the company’s risk management activities
  • Providing support/cover for the receptionist, time and attendance administrator and other professionals as required
  • Working independently to handle multiple responsibilities and projects with professionalism and accuracy

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software – Including Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Previous support experience preferred
